Hi! I'm Katrina,
a Bay Area native with roots in California, Colorado, and Cyprus - and a career that's taken me from screening startups in venture capital to senior leadership at publicly traded tech companies.
I spent the early part of my career in VC and as a consultant for Silicon Valley tech companies, where I developed a deep belief that people are the most important lever in any organization. That belief led me inside the companies themselves: building recruiting teams from the ground up at high-growth startups, leading people-side M&A and international expansion, and holding senior leadership roles from leading Recruiting to Chief of Staff to Head of Talent and Organizational Development.
After more than a decade on the inside, I built my coaching practice to bring that experience directly to individuals. Today I work with executives navigating the complexity and visibility of senior leadership, with managers and career professionals who want a real thought partner to accelerate their careers, and with professionals in active job search who want genuine strategic guidance on how to position themselves to land somewhere that actually fits.
I'm trained in the Co-Active Coaching model (CTI), Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and Neuroscience-Based Leadership, and I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation. I've had the privilege of speaking with thousands of people throughout their careers, and I'd be thrilled to be a part of yours.
